One of the factories assembling Wii U units ahead of the systems launch next month has been hit by a fire.
The cause of the fire has is unclear, but Nintendo have stated that the incident has had no impact on their console production scheme.
However, an analyst has claimed that the fire has caused Nintendo to reduce their production outlook by 1 million units, taking it down to 7.6 million units available worldwide at launch.
